NCMM Announces the Appointment of New Board Member
Casselberry, FL – December 18, 2024. NCMM announced today the appointment of Dr Joaquin Molina to the Board of Directors. This brings the number of board members to five.
Dr. Joaquin Molina brings not only depth but a breadth of experience which will be invaluable to the leadership team of NCMM, including providing a pastoral spiritual covering of the Board of Directors and ministry, and counsel on the needs of men’s ministry leaders in the local church. Since 1998, the Lord ordained and commission Dr Molina and his team to the ministry of men’s discipleship first in Miami and then to over 30 nations. Through the What is a Man? book and ministry they challenge men to grow to be faithful husbands, exemplary fathers to lead their families, churches, and cities with Christ-like character and leadership.
Dr Molina is a world changing husband, father and grandfather.” said Brian Doyle. “His challenge to the men of his own church is to follow him as he follows Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1) and he invests into them every Monday night. He disciples men who then disciple other men and thus he has become a spiritual father and grandfather to many men in Miami and beyond. Dr Molina is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Spring of Life Fellowship in Miami, Florida. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1994, authored several books including What is a Man? He is a sought-after speaker all over the world, speaking to men at Iron Sharpens Iron conferences, What is a Man conferences, International Pentecostal Holiness General Conference, Family Research Council, Stand Courageous conference, Father & Son Conference in Warsaw, Poland, and more. His previous board experience includes the Governor of Florida Advisory Board Marriage & Family and N.A.M.E – National Association of Marriage Enhancement. Dr Molina was selected by NCMM in 2015 as Pastor of the Year.
